Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), discussed the company's entry into the logistics business, recognizing the opportunities arising from the growth of e-commerce driven by changing consumer behaviors. He stated, "SC Asset has laid out a four-year growth roadmap titled 'Thriving for Good,' aiming to achieve total revenue of 100 billion baht from 2022 to 2025. One of our main strategies is to grow in existing markets while seeking opportunities in new waters. The new business will increase the proportion of profits from recurring income to 20-25%."

One of the new ventures SC is pursuing is the logistics business to capitalize on the growth of e-commerce. SC has established a subsidiary named SCX One Company Limited with a registered capital of 100 million baht, which has a roadmap to develop a warehouse and parcel sorting center covering 1 million square meters by 2030.

Mr. Natthapong further revealed details about a key strategic partner of SCX One Co., Ltd., stating, "In the first phase, SC has partnered with a significant strategic partner, Flash Group, a leader in comprehensive e-commerce services and the first unicorn in Thailand (valued at over 1 billion US dollars). Both companies will combine their unique strengths to jointly develop warehouses and distribution centers across the country, totaling 300,000 square meters, with the first location in Nakhon Sawan, aiming to be operational by the end of 2023."

Meanwhile, Mr. Komsan Lee, CEO of Flash Group, a comprehensive e-commerce service provider, stated, "Flash Group aims to become a full-service e-commerce provider to drive the industry forward efficiently. We are integrating our ecosystem and supply chain to strengthen Thailand's e-commerce system, ensuring it operates comprehensively in all dimensions to create a competitive advantage in the global market. Our collaboration with SCX One is to combine our capabilities and experiences to develop warehouses and distribution centers nationwide, covering over 300,000 square meters to meet international standards. Flash Group believes that this comprehensive warehouse and distribution center, resulting from this important collaboration, will enhance the efficiency of e-commerce operations and foster sustainable long-term growth."
